Domestic Shipping Method:

Domestic orders are shipped Priority Mail via the U.S. Postal Service within 3-5 business days after your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a delivery confirmation number.

International Shipping Method:

International orders are shipped First Class Mail via the U.S. Postal Service within 3-5 business days after your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation, tracking is not available for international orders. Tote Shoppe is not responsible for any customs fees incurred.

PAYMENT

Tote Shoppe accepts credit card payments through PayPal. PayPal is a convenient and secure way to shop and does not require you to have an account to make a purchase. The following credit cards are accepted:

SALES TAX

If you are a New York State resident, you will have sales tax added to your order according to your zip code. If you are not a New York State resident, you will not be charged sales tax for a purchase over the internet.

RETURN POLICY

If you would like to return an item(s), please email Tote Shoppe at mail@toteshoppe.com before mailing the return. Tote Shoppe accepts unused and undamaged merchandise, postmarked within 7 days from the delivery date. The return must be accompanied by the original receipt or a copy of the original receipt. Tote Shoppe will issue you a refund minus a 5% restocking fee on the item(s) you return, original Shipping + Handling Charges are non-refundable. Returns must be packed securely and insured for the full price of the item(s).

If your shipment has arrived damaged, please email Tote Shoppe immediately. Tote Shoppe will process a claim and/or replacement. Please save all packing materials and the item; the U.S. Postal Service may require an inspection of the damaged shipment. Tote Shoppe must be notified with 7 days of the delivery date of all damaged goods or a claim cannot be processed. Please inspect the shipment upon delivery.
